Today's however was inspired by the rainy weather. I tend to feel a little down on rainy days . . . not to mention stressed, as it is hard not being able to take the children outside to run around and burn off some of their excess energy, but Luke Bryan has given me a new perspective on rain with his most recent single, Rain Is A Good Thing. The fact that I am a whiskey drinker has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with my liking this song! Nor does the fact that Luke Bryan is kind of a cutie! That's just an added bonus!
Luke is still a fairly new face in the country music scene, but he's got a couple of other fun songs, "All My Friends Say" and "We Rode in Trucks" are two that instantly come to mind. And just last week, he won Breakthrough Video of the Year at the CMT awards!
